Rooms
The guesthouse consists of the same three separated neighbouring premises. Each building comprises 7 rooms of different size. Despite its big capacity, family atmosphere is still preserved.
Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and circulating areas. It is possible to smoke in the outer terrace which is by each of the guesthouses.
In order to keep rooms and circulating area clean, guests are expected to change shoes. So don’t forget to bring slippers with you!
The list of rooms and their facilities
Following types of rooms can be offered to our guests:
- Duplex studio room - consists of 2 separated bedrooms; there is a double bed with night tables and a lamp, a wardrobe, a radio with a CD-player, TV/SAT in the main (downstairs) room. The main room is connected with the attic room (2-5 beds) by wooden stairs. Both rooms are ideal for the families with children above the age of 6.
- Duplex apartment with a kitchenette - consists of 2 separated bedrooms, the main (downstairs) room with a kitchen unit comprises a “King Size” double bed, a wardrobe, a table with 4 chairs, TV/SAT and a sanitary facility (shower, WC), wooden stair connect the main room with the attic room (with 2 beds).
- Four-bedded room - is equipped with a modern double bed with night tables, 2 separated beds, a wardrobe, TV/SAT, own bathroom with a shower and WC.
- Three-bedded room - comprises a modern double bed with night tables, 1 separated bed, a wardrobe, TV/SAT, own bathroom with a shower and WC.
- Double room - is equipped with a modern double bed with night tables, a wardrobe, TV/SAT. Own bathroom with a shower and WC is a part of the room.
Other facilities of the rooms
An extra bed or a baby bed can be added to almost all rooms. It is possible to hire a baby bed including swaddling clothes and bed linen for 50 crowns per night.
Each of the rooms is equipped with a coloured satellite television, a radio with a CD-player and Wi-fi connection to the internet (the password for connecting on demand, this service is for free).
Price of the stay includes bed linen, towels and toilet paper which are provided in all rooms.
The rooms are cleaned once per a stay, in case of longer stays once per week, the same applies to the change of bed linen and towels once per week.
Family 2 +3 bedroom maisonette, with fixed steps
The lower part of the room is made up of rooms with double bed and wardrobe. In the upper attic room is accessed by wooden stairs, there are 3 vacant beds, 2 can be combined to form the bed. Steps are fixed, so-called milling, can not be folded. For security reasons it is not suitable for families with children under 6 years old!
Additional equipment: TV / SAT, carpet, night tables, lamps, window blinds and curtains, bathroom with shower and toilet, to add a child bed or cot in the lower chamber.
3-bedded room
Double-bed with bedside tables and lamps, and 1 spare bed, to bed, wardrobe, TV / SAT, carpet, windows with blinds and curtains, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Family 3 +3 bedroom maisonette, with folding stairs
The lower part of the room is made up of rooms with double bed and 1 bed and wardrobe. In the upper attic room is accessed by wooden stairs, there are 2-3 vacant beds, 2 can be combined to form the bed.
Steps can be folded and attic room to close the hatch so that it can be used as the lower room 3-bedded room (recommended for children under 6 years).

4-bedded room
Double-bed with bedside tables and lamps and 2 spare beds, double bed, wardrobe, TV / SAT, carpet, windows with blinds and curtains, bathroom with shower and toilet.
4-bedded room with bunk beds
Double-bed with bedside tables and lamps and 2 spare beds, double bed, wardrobe, TV / SAT, carpet, windows with blinds and curtains, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Family attic room with kitchenette
The lower part of the room is made up of rooms with kitchen area, table with 4 chairs, double bed and 1 children's bed, the closet. In the upper attic room is accessed by wooden stairs, there are 2 vacant beds that can be combined to form the bed.
Additional equipment: TV / SAT, carpet, night tables, lamps, window blinds and curtains, bathroom with shower and toilet.
For security reasons it is not suitable for families with children under 6 years old!
3-bedded room with bath and stairs-not suitable for children under 6 years of age and older people!
Attic room with double bed and 1 free bed, TV / SAT, sunroof, table and 2 chairs. Bathroom with tub and toilet are zádveřím the bottom of the room. In the upper part of the attic rooms are accessed by wooden stairs. For security reasons it is not suitable for the elderly and children under 6 years old!
Family room with kitchenette
The room is made up of 2 separate rooms on the 1st floor, one has a kitchen, table with 4 chairs, couch, table with TV / SAT. In the second room is a double bed and above it is the raised bed on the second floor. Takes him to the wooden stairs.
Other equipment: window blinds and curtains, bathroom with shower and toilet.
