Prices and Reservations

Children at the age of 2 –10: 50 % discount, children aged 6-12: 30 % discount, on condition of min. 2 persons per a room paying the full price.

Children under up to the age of 2: accomodation free of charge without the claim on a bed and breakfast. The charge for a baby´s bed or additional bed including swaddling clothes and bed clothes is 50 crowns per night.

Baby´s seats are also available (free of charge) in the lounge.

The price includes: breakfasts, charges to the district (recreational charge), energy, water, refuse disposal, final cleaning, bed clothes, towels, TV+SAT in the room, usage of a kitchenette, usage of a computer with permanent internet connection (WI-FI net, aggregated speed 512 Kb/s), storage of bikes and skis, parking on the parking place in front of the building, utilization of an outdoor swimming pool, a children´s playground, a garden grill and a fire place.

The charge for a dog (small breeds): 50 CZK per night

The charge for a sauna: 250 CZK per hour in service. The charge for one hired towel is 50 CZK.

Payment conditions: The reservation of accommodation is conditioned by a debit of

50 % of the total price, which can be done by a post money order or by money transfer to the bank account. This debit is refundable only in case when accommodation isn’t carried out due to the fault of an accommodation provider or if the client cancels the accommodation in the period longer than 30 days before commencement of the stay. The supplementary payment is due on the commencement day (cash payment).

Payment cards are not accepted!

Commencement conditions: The stay starts on the day of arrival between 3 and 6 p.m. and finishes by breakfast on the day of departure and by vacation of the room by 9.30 a.m. In case of a weekend stay the room must be vacated by 10 a.m. If the room is not going to be subsequently occupied by other guests, it is possible to use it after the agreement with staff until 4 p.m.

BENEFIT PROGRAMME

Our guests can borrow a tourist discount card – BENEFIT PROGRAM for the period of their stay. Afterwards, they can get discounts on the price of sports activities or on entrance fee to cultural facilities up to 50%. The cardholder is offered a discount for example in the Liberec botanical garden, in the Centrum Babylon in Liberec, in the swimming pool in Jablonec or the ski lift Jatka in Josefův důl. The number of providers has been continuously increasing; we negotiate especially with the ski lifts operators before winter season.

The card is linked with a tourist server Severní Čechy.info where tourists can find up-to date information about the discounts of the BENEFIT Programme, opening hours, entrance fees or ongoing cultural or sports events.
